By using this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern PS! In Beauty Ltd relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions please do not use our website. 
The Term ‘PS in Beauty Ltd’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is PS in Beauty Ltd, Unit 2 (Inbetween Kwik-fit & Kanta House) Victoria Road, South Ruislip, Middlesex HA4 0QF.  
The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use; 
Trade Only 
PS in Beauty Ltd is a trade only supplier. By ordering products from us you are confirming that you are a qualified Hairdresser, Beauty Therapist or Nail Technician and as such are competent in using the products sold on this website. 
We will not be held responsible for any injuries or damages incurred by users of the products we sell we reserve the right to ask for proof of professional status and to refuse to fulfil an order if we believe the person ordering is not a trade person. As a business user, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are insured for products that you are using. To shop in store you will need to prove you work/are qualified in the hair and beauty industry. Our store will accept the following as proof; 
• Salon/Business Card and a letter from your accountants 
• Public/Business public liability insurance 
• Student enrolment letter (must state starting date of course) 
• Another Hair and Beauty Trade Card 
• Business credit/debit card 
Product Availability 
All products are subject to stock availability. If we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you we may at our option send a carefully selected alternative, if the alternative item has a lower price we will refund you the difference, you will not be charged more than your original order. We will not be obliged to offer compensation for any disappointment suffered.

The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. 
Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timelines, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressively exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. 
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we are not liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. Colours of product may vary due to differences in camera/light settings; product packaging may also be different to that shown. 
Training Courses 
By booking a course place you are agreeing to the following; 
• It is your responsibility to ensure the person you are booking onto the course meets the criteria as detailed within the course details before booking 
• Course bookings made online are initially provisional; you will be emailed to confirm your booking. As places are limited we cannot initially guarantee there are places left on the course at time of booking. 
• Advertised training course is correct at time of booking, we reserve the right to change the training provider without notice. 
Course Cancellation Policy 
Most courses are refundable up to 8 days prior to the start date of the course, please check the course information sheet before booking. After this point courses paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. 
We reserve the right to cancel a course date in this case we will notify you within 7 days prior to the start of the course. We will advise if another date has been arranged if a course has been rescheduled or cancelled. In the event of a course cancellation with less than 7 days notice a new course date or refund will be offered for you however in this instance PS in Beauty Ltd are not liable for any travel expenses incurred, childcare, potential loss of income or any potential associated costs. 
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on this site at any time. All orders for goods are subject to availability and PS in Beauty Ltd reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company for whatever reason. 
All prices are quoted excluding VAT and delivery and are quoted in GBP sterling. 
It is your responsibility to check with your potential/existing insurance provider and/or country council to check their regulations and to obtain your public liability insurance and any council license requirements before booking a course through PS in Beauty Ltd 
Payment in full is to be made by any major credit cards 
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 workings day however this can vary due to stock availability. Furniture and large equipment are classed as special delivery and you will be advised on cost and estimated delivery day. The courier we use is Interlink Express who offer a next day delivery service (excluding Bank Holidays and Christmas holiday period). PS in Beauty Ltd will not be held responsible for any late deliveries due to Interlink Express including non-delivery of your goods should a signature be required to receive the goods. 
Free delivery applies to UK mainland (excludes rural Scotland, Isle of Wight, Guernsey and Jersey). Orders placed online totally £50 + vat or more will qualify for free delivery, orders below this amount will be subject to a £7.50 + vat delivery charge at time of check out. 
Your online Account 
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password and for restricted access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your password has become known to anyone else you must inform us immediately. 
Ownership of Goods 
All goods remain the property of PS in Beauty Ltd until full and final payment has been made. Once all goods have been delivered the ownership and risk is now the buyers and will not be liable for their loss or destruction. 
Returning goods that have been purchased online is not a problem all we ask is that they are returned within 21 days of delivery in perfect condition and in their original packaging 
Please inform us within 7 days of any returns you wish to make prior to sending them back. 
A copy of your invoice/receipt/delivery note should be put with your goods when returning. 
Proof of returning is at your risk and should be sent via a recordable delivery system. 
Alternatively returns can be brought back to the store for a refund. 
For health & safety purposes there will be no refunds whatsoever on Scissors, Razors, Hairbrushes, Polishes and Foot Spas. 
Faulty or incorrectly delivered goods. 
If you receive incorrect or damaged goods please inform us with 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange collection of your damaged/incorrect items at our cost. If it is more convenient for you to return the items direct to the store we will replace/refund there. 
For items returned due to a fault that has developed within the manufacturer’s warranty period, a repair, exchange or refund (including any delivery charges if applicable) will be offered. We reserve the right to have your items tested if faulty which will be carried out by the manufacturer and you will be notified of the outcome from the manufacturer. If a manufacturing fault is not found your goods will be returned to you and no refund/exchange will be permitted.

Loyalty stamps cannot be collected online or redeemed online, the Loyalty Scheme in place is for instore shopping only 
Special Offers 
Special offers are subject to availability and may change without notice. In-store offers may not be available online; online offers may not be available in store. When a free of discounted product is issued as part of a special offer, this must be return or full selling price paid if the qualifying product is returned as unwanted.
